Nothing needed for this run on a cool day. Has some boggy sections and some slippery grass so trail shoes if possible, but road shoes that you're happy to turn brown are okay too
No water on this run but I don't foresee us being out there for longer than 90 minutes. For the most part I suspect we will be running this as a pretty closely formed group, however the climb starting at 7.5km will break the bunch. Therefore we will look at a possible regroup at 4km if needed, but definitely at 8km at the top of the hill. There is a toilet here (unreal spot) and it has an awesome view back to the city as well. Good spot for a 5 minute break, before bringing it home. Last 2ish km is all on road and if you want to empty the tank this is the spot. Tins at the end as always.
